Ronovan’s Haiku #70 Challenge – Crane/Gold

3 Golden Wishes

1)
Ibycus appeals
to a flight of passing cranes
mark thief’s guilt of gold
2)
one thousand cranes bring
her strength through folded prayer
more than gold can buy
3)
dancing to golden song
cranes exhibit love in flight
yearly springtime lift

  2. Three beautiful haikus Clarence. I especially connect with the second one after 4 visits to the Hiroshima peace Museum and seeing some of my school students in tears at the Sadako memorial .
