Beautiful imagery.
Draws a lovely picture in my mind. I miss walking in the stands of trees in the pastures and along the corn fields. The almost silent winds.

Most of my posts of Haiku, Senryu, or Tanka’s are no better than “monkeys and a typewriter”. If I had more discipline I should trash 98% of what I write. Of the 2% remainder, again a slim 2% of them might make my mother’s refrigerator door… But once in a great while I, like the monkeys, get lucky!
