I am
just a simple man,
who dreams
to find his way
along life’s road to adventure
through rocks
that come my way.
Soaring with
the prairie wind
and riding
the thunder clouds,
I want
to pierce the clear blue skies
With God’s own lightning bolts.
It’s there I’d like to leave my mark
To tell the world that I was here.
