– Clarence Holm
Wake up in the morning with you to look on
Nothing could be better with the dawn.
Just to see your chest moving softly in and out
Can’t seem to move my eyes about!
Sun climbing higher as the clouds give way their reign
Let me hear your love sing again.
Lie here for awhile let the day slip far away
Let me drink from your sweet bouquet.
Morning sounds are calling let them wait for awhile
I couldn’t think of anything more worthwhile
Sharing dreams and whispers, touching skin on your arm
Nothing can compare to your charm
Sun climbing higher as the clouds give way their reign
Let me hear your love sing again.
Lie here for awhile, let the day slip far away
Let me drink from your sweet bouquet.
Hold the covers tightly, let the sun stay at bay
Between the sheets our love will stay.
Love shared in morning is a special thing
No matter what the daylight brings.
Sun climbing higher as the clouds give way their reign
Let me hear your love sing again.
Lie here for awhile let the day slip far away
Let me drink from your sweet bouquet.
