Spent Easter with neighbors who prepared fresh caught walleye in beer batter. Served with corn bread and fresh fruit – it was a real spring treat.
That sounds marvelous! Brings back memories of going fishing with Dad when I was a kid. Getting the fish ready to cook. 🙂 We had an early supper with my husband’s sisters and their families. Relaxing. Special.
